What do I do if I've received an incorrect/faulty item?
We are sorry to hear that you have received a incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number, item name and description of the fault. Our team will resolve this for you straight away.
Where can I find my return note?
Misplaced your return note not a problem please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name & order number and we can send you a copy of this by email to include in your return package.
How do I track my return?
You track your parcel by using the tracking number/barcode from your return postage receipt. Once your return has reached our office, please allow five working days for it to be processed. We will send you an email confirmation to let you know that this has be done, please be aware that it can take your bank a further 5-10 days for the funds to appear back in your bank account depending on the card issuer. If you have any questions about your refund, just let us know by sending us an email at email@example.com
Can I exchange an item for something else?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at present, but if you would like to return your order within 14 days we will refund you. Please see details in our Returns Policy.
