Where is my order?


We will let you know when your items have left mave + rick by sending you an email containing your all-important tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into ' My Account' and viewing your most recent orders. Just click 'Track Order' and you'll be directed to the carrier tracking page. If you need any help with tracking your order the please email us at hello@maveandrick.co.uk and we will respond within 24 hours.




How do I return an item?


If you would like to return something? No problem! UK customers - returns are FREE and you can return within 14 days of receiving your original order subject to Return Policy Overseas customers - please see the Return Policy, we are sorry but we are unable to cover return postage costs, your parcel must be returned using a tracked returns service as details in policy. If you return an item after 14 days, we will be unable to refund you but at our own discretion we may issue you a credit note.




What do I do if I've received an incorrect/faulty item?


We are sorry to hear that you have received a incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at hello@maveandrick.co.uk with your order number, item name and description of the fault. Our team will resolve this for you straight away.




Where can I find my return note?


Misplaced your return note not a problem please contact us at hello@maveandrick.co.uk with your name & order number and we can send you a copy of this by email to include in your return package.




How do I track my return?


You track your parcel by using the tracking number/barcode from your return postage receipt. Once your return has reached our office, please allow five working days for it to be processed. We will send you an email confirmation to let you know that this has be done, please be aware that it can take your bank a further 5-10 days for the funds to appear back in your bank account depending on the card issuer. If you have any questions about your refund, just let us know by sending us an email at hello@maveandrick.co.uk




Can I exchange an item for something else?


Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at present, but if you would like to return your order within 14 days we will refund you. Please see details in our Returns Policy.
